About

DSC_0649I am an assistant professor at the Department of Economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in economic history and applied micro-economics. I did my PhD at the Department of Economics of Northwestern University, followed by a one-year postdoc at the Population Studies and Training Center of Brown University.

My work is primarily dealing with the economics of migration, particularly the transatlantic migration to the US during the Age of Mass Migration, and the economic history of the Jews in Eastern Europe and the US.
